Privacy and cookie policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This policy covers the public website quincefin.com. It explains what data we receive, why we use it, and how you can control optional analytics and marketing attribution.

1. Who is responsible for the data

The website owner and data controller is sole proprietor APICHENOK OLEKSANDR MYKOLAIOVYCH. For privacy enquiries, email [email protected].

2. Data processed by the website

  • technical request data: IP address, browser, device type, page and access time;
  • data you submit through a form: name, email, phone number, company and enquiry details;
  • with separate consent — visits, clicks, scrolling, interface errors, traffic source and advertising click IDs.

3. Forms and enquiries

Form data is used to answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration or help you start using QUINCEFIN. The request is delivered to the QUINCEFIN team through configured email and Telegram channels. Do not submit passwords, financial documents or other sensitive information.

4. Consent and storage categories

Optional technologies do not start until you make a choice. Rejecting them does not restrict access to the website.

Clarity retains ordinary session recordings for up to 30 days, and aggregated click/heatmap data and labelled recordings for up to 9 months. Other retention periods are governed by the relevant provider's settings and policies.
