QUINCEFIN is a Ukrainian product for two different working situations. SOLO is for people who run the business on their own: money, customers, services and goods in one place. BUSINESS is for a company with a team: finance, sales, documents, stock, tasks and the daily operating work in one loop.
We did not set out to build “one more accounting program”. We built a single system that removes the chaos between Excel, manual reconciliation, chats and a scattering of separate services.
The goal is simple: give a business a tool that shows the whole picture, makes decisions faster and keeps the owner out of the routine.

Why the product exists
We saw the same problem in hundreds of business scenarios
