QUINCEFIN is a cloud business system for the self-employed, sole traders, business teams and growing companies. It brings money, customers, sales, documents, stock, tasks and reports into one working environment.
What do you get from using QUINCEFIN?+
QUINCEFIN gives you a simple start from templates and an Excel import, cuts down manual duplication, keeps the figures current, and lets you add the team, integrations and automations gradually. Finance, services and goods accounting are already in SOLO, so they are there from day one.

Yes. You can start a free 30-day period and test the system against your company's real processes.
Do I need to install anything on my computer?+
No. QUINCEFIN runs in the cloud and opens in a browser on any modern device.
How does QUINCEFIN differ from Excel or 1C?+
Unlike Excel, QUINCEFIN lets a team work on customers, money, documents, stock and tasks together, without competing versions of a file. Unlike heavy on-premise systems, you can start on your own and widen the system as the business grows.
Which plans does QUINCEFIN offer?+
There are two: SOLO and BUSINESS. SOLO fits when you work alone — finance, services and goods accounting without retail tills or manufacturing, and with the CRM + organizer module if you need it. BUSINESS is for a company with a team, POS, API, marketplaces, payments, logistics, manufacturing and wider processes.
How is SOLO different from BUSINESS?+
SOLO covers the work of one owner: finance, services and goods accounting — products, warehouses, purchasing, sales, balances, payments, client-bank and basic analytics — without retail tills and without manufacturing; CRM + organizer connects as a separate module. BUSINESS is what you need once there is a team, several users and organisations in the plan, POS, API, external integrations or manufacturing.
Does SOLO include an API and external integrations?+
No. SOLO does not include the API, marketplaces, web shops, delivery, payment integrations, telephony, SMS or messengers. The one exception is client-bank, for tracking payments and money movement.
Can I change plan after signing up?+
Yes. You can start on the smaller plan and move to the wider one when the team, the number of processes or the need for extra modules grows.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?+
Yes. Both billing periods are available, and the yearly price is the cheaper one.
What happens if I do not pay on time?+
Active work in the system may be limited until payment goes through. The company's data is kept either way.
Can the subscription be paused for a while?+
Yes. Contact support and the team will suggest the right form of pause without losing your data.
How does QUINCEFIN handle goods accounting?+
The system covers products, warehouses, balances, reservations, movements, stocktakes and warehouse documents. The warehouse is tied to sales, payments and dispatch, so the team works from one picture.
What reports does QUINCEFIN provide?+
Management and operational reports for the owner: cash flow, payments, expenses, profitability, sales, debt, balances, warehouse figures and how the team is doing.
Can I import data from other software?+
Yes. QUINCEFIN supports imports from Excel and other spreadsheets, as well as integration through the API. You can start from the basic directories and move the rest of the processes across gradually.
Can I keep several companies in one account?+
Yes. SOLO includes one organisation and two more can be added, up to three in total. BUSINESS includes four organisations, with more available on demand. If you need more organisations than SOLO allows, that is already a BUSINESS scenario.
Can I configure access rights for employees?+
Yes. You can create roles and limit access to sections, documents and individual actions for each user.
How do QUINCEFIN integrations with other services work?+
QUINCEFIN connects to banks, e-commerce services, marketplaces, telephony, messengers and other tools through ready connectors and the API, so data does not have to be moved by hand.
Is there an integration with 1C or BAS accounting?+
QUINCEFIN does not build integrations with software of Russian origin itself. An independent partner integration by S & S is available instead: it exports primary documents from QUINCEFIN to BAS/1C over the open API for the transition period. The mechanism is not tied to 1C — the same API can feed primary documents into any other accounting system. QUINCEFIN plans its own accounting module further ahead.
Can I work in QUINCEFIN on a mobile device?+
Yes. QUINCEFIN runs in the cloud and the interface adapts to phones and tablets, so the main daily scenarios work from a mobile browser with nothing to install.
How is my data protected in QUINCEFIN?+
We use layered security, backups and access control to protect customer data.
How do I reach technical support?+
Through email, the Telegram bot or the other channels listed on the site.
Are there learning materials for users?+
Yes. Guides, articles, videos, templates and practical material are available for a self-service start and for bringing the team up to speed.
Are individual consultations available?+
Yes. Paid onboarding and consultations are optional: you can order help with the launch, the data import, process setup or automations at the point where it is genuinely needed.
Can I restrict employee access to certain features?+
Yes. Roles and permissions are flexible, so each employee sees only the functionality they need.
Can the account and all its data be deleted?+
Yes. Contact support for full account deletion and the team will run the procedure in line with the service policies.
