Connecting the country's needs with the ability to help

When the full-scale war began, our focus shifted: supporting people and volunteer initiatives came first.

In those first days a volunteer organisation created with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine approached us to discuss using QUINCEFIN to keep track of humanitarian aid.

The key challenge was obvious: how do you keep systematic records in an environment of constant cargo flow, thousands of boxes and urgent requests for help?

That is how SpivDiia, a separate initiative built on QUINCEFIN, was born. Within a few days the system was running and case managers were processing the first requests.

The platform made it possible to trace the path of aid from the warehouse to the recipient, increasing the transparency of the process and the speed of logistics.

Today SpivDiia means thousands of volunteers, case managers, drivers and coordinators united by one shared goal.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who takes part in this work. This is how real, everyday support for the country is built.
