Rozetka integration

Rozetka and your books work from one catalogue

Products, prices and stock reach the platform through a scheduled XML price list.

Orders from the seller's cabinet land in your books as documents.

There is one warehouse, and it decides exactly what the buyer sees.

Two modules covering both directions: the price list out to the platform and orders back into your books.

A note for English-speaking readers

Rozetka is a marketplace on the Ukrainian market. This page shows how QUINCEFIN exchanges data with a trading platform: a price list going out to the platform and orders coming back into your books. The same mechanism sits behind the other sales channels the platform works with.

How the integration works

Five steps: from the price-list profile to the first orders sitting in your accounting documents.

1

Create a price-list profile

The profile lives in Settings / Integrations / Marketplaces. In the "Connection" tab you enter the profile name, the shop name, the company name and a link to the shop's website, then save the settings.

2

Set up products and attributes

In the "Products" tab you pick the price type and the warehouse used to calculate stock, and switch on scheduled export — the data in the XML file is refreshed every hour. Attributes are mapped to the platform's parameters by parameter ID and value ID.

3

Map folders to Rozetka categories

The folder tree of the QUINCEFIN catalogue is mapped to the platform's categories: double-clicking a folder opens a dialog for the category identifier, which you take from the category's URL on the Rozetka site.

4

Switch on order import

Orders from the seller's cabinet are loaded by a separate "Rozetka. Order import" profile. Here you enter the seller's login and password, and the "Check connection" button verifies access and pulls the list of order statuses.

5

Run the exchange and check the result

In the "Orders" tab you set the period and status, the responsible user, the folder for products and the folder for partners. The "Import" button creates "Customer order" documents, and the "Last exchange" field shows the result of the run or the error.

Products from the order — a new product is created if it is not found in the catalogue
Delivery address and comments from the order

Order import is a separate module from the XML price list, with its own profile and its own exchange log.

What this gives the business

The marketplace lives in the same loop as the catalogue, the warehouse and sales.

The price list builds itself

Instead of assembling the file by hand, you switch on scheduled export — and the XML file with products, prices and stock is refreshed every hour according to the profile settings.

One warehouse for every sales channel

Stock is calculated in QUINCEFIN with reserved quantities taken into account. If only part of the stock should reach the platform, you name a specific warehouse in the profile and only that one is counted.

Prices from the price type you need

The price type sets both the currency and the prices in the feed, so the platform receives exactly the price list you maintain in your books, not a separate parallel file.

Orders from the seller's cabinet reach your books

A separate import module loads orders page by page and creates "Customer order" documents with the buyer, products, delivery address and comments.

The catalogue and the customer base fill themselves

New products and new buyers are created in the dedicated folders you set in the profile, so after the import they are easy to find and finish off.

The exchange is transparent and controllable

The "Last exchange" log shows the result of the latest import or the error text, while the period and order status let you run the exchange over a narrow selection.

What a product needs to appear in the XML file

It pays to check these requirements before the first export — they explain most of the "why is my product missing from the feed" questions.

The item type is a regular product or an SKU
The product sits in a folder mapped to a platform category
The product has a price set
The brand is filled in
An image is uploaded
There are at least three attributes

Frequently asked questions

Is this one integration or two different ones?

These are two separate modules. "Rozetka integration" handles the XML price list — products, prices and stock going from QUINCEFIN to the platform. "Rozetka. Order import" is a separate profile that loads orders from the seller's cabinet into your books. They can be used together or on their own.

How often is the product file refreshed?

If the "Scheduled product export" option is enabled in the profile, the XML file starts being generated and the data inside it is refreshed every hour.

Why is a product missing from the XML file?

Only items that meet every condition make it into the file: the type is a regular product or an SKU, the product sits in a folder mapped to a platform category, it has a price, a brand, an uploaded image and at least three attributes.

Is it enough to map the category on the parent folder?

No, inheritance does not apply. If the category is set only for folder "A", only products from that folder will appear in the file. For nested folder "B" the category link has to be set separately.

What do you need to import orders from Rozetka?

The seller's Rozetka login and password, the QUINCEFIN user on whose behalf the documents will be created, and folders for new products and new buyers. After the connection check you pick the order period and status and start the import — preferably over a short period first.

The price-list profile, attribute and category mapping and order import all run inside the shared QUINCEFIN environment — from €24 / from €49 per month.
