Batches, cost price and quality control from bean to sale
QUINCEFIN gives you full control over coffee production and sales, from buying green beans to selling the finished product.
The coffee business combines production with retail and wholesale. You need to control batches, quality and cost price, and still process orders quickly. QUINCEFIN connects those processes in one system.
QUINCEFIN covers the whole process, from buying green beans to selling roasted coffee. You get precise cost tracking, sales automation and product quality control.
Publish recipe versions for drinks and set the period each version applies to. In "prepare on sale" mode a posted receipt writes off the ingredients immediately, builds the actual cost price and shows the result in the sales report.
Control green bean stock, write off consumed raw materials automatically and calculate the cost price of each batch.
Create orders fast, keep records of regular customers and configure discounts and promotions for both retail and wholesale buyers.
Track every batch, its characteristics and customer feedback, so the product keeps improving release after release.
QUINCEFIN joins the processes together, so the benefit reaches different roles - from the owner to the operations team.

How do I keep records of coffee batches?
The system records the parameters of every batch and traces its path from purchase through to sale.
Can I calculate the cost price of each batch?
Yes. QUINCEFIN calculates cost price automatically from expenses and the raw materials consumed.
Can raw materials be written off from actual sales at the end of a shift?
Yes. For a product set to "prepare on sale" with a published, currently valid recipe, a posted receipt writes off the ingredients for the quantity actually sold. The produced quantity, recipe and cost price can be checked in the production-by-sales report.
Is wholesale supported?
Yes. You can configure separate price types, discounts and commercial terms for wholesale buyers.
